1330 is the representative tourist help line in Korea. The Tourist Information Line 1330 provides diverse information on traveling in Korea to Korean and foreign travelers.
The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) operates the Tourist Help Line 1330 to provide diverse information on traveling in Korea to Korean and foreign travelers. The Tourist Information Line 1330 provides not only useful travel information for those who want to explore all corners of Korea, but also tourism interpretation services to ease any inconveniences arising from
language barriers for foreign travelers and consults on other inconveniences and difficulties experienced during their travel.
In addition, efforts are being made to improve the services such as providing the requested information via text messages after the call. The Tourist Information Line 1330 of KTO will be committed to fulfilling its role and functions as a public call center established to promote tourism in Korea.
Tourist Information Service
Information on tourist sites, transportation, accommodations, festivals, events and other information necessary for traveling is provided in detail.
Services are provided in Korean, English, Japanese and Mandarin. Tourist information is provided in Korean to Korean tourists and in English, Japanese and Mandarin for foreign tourists. Tourism interpretation services are also provided.
